Caroline Dezendorf is a professional athlete and storyteller based in Truckee, CA.

Every person has a story to share. Here's mine. I am a professional storyteller and athlete with a passion for building community and protecting wild spaces. I live in Truckee, California where my backyard is the expansive Sierra Nevada mountains. I strive to inspire future generations to explore the natural world and push beyond their comfort zones. My storytelling focuses on human connections and experiences, with my work featured in Velo, Triathlete, and peer-reviewed journals such as Ethnobiology Letters. I have partnered with brands including Easton, Fox, Cervelo, Castelli, and Schwalbe to tell compelling narratives that resonate with audience members.

I believe in the importance of engaging with my local community. In 2020, I hosted a speaker series supporting the Marin County Bicycle Coalition, and I've been interviewed on podcasts like Groadio and featured in films such as Wahoo Frontiers. As a member of the POW Bike Alliance, I raise awareness about environmental issues and advocate for athletes to be part of the solution. As a coach for the Nevada North NICA League, I am dedicated to getting more girls on bikes and fostering a love for cycling among young riders.

In every aspect of my life, I aim to make a positive impact, encouraging others to connect with nature and each other.
